MadhavHost services must be used only for lawful purposes. Customers must not use our infrastructure for unlawful activity, abuse, security attacks, infringement of third-party rights, or activity that threatens the stability of our systems.
4. Payments
Services must be paid for according to the billing terms displayed at purchase. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of the affected service.
5. Resource Usage
Hosting resources must be used reasonably within the specifications and limitations of the purchased plan. Excessive or abusive usage may lead to a service review or reasonable restrictions.

MadhavHost may suspend or terminate a service for serious violations of these Terms, misuse of resources, unlawful activity, security risks, or non-payment.
7. Backups
Where backups are included in a plan, customers should still maintain independent copies of important data. Backup availability can depend on technical conditions and restoration limits.
8. Third-Party Services
Some services may depend on third-party software, control panels, networks or infrastructure. Their availability may be subject to the applicable provider terms and technical limitations.
9. Refunds & Changes
Refunds are governed by the MadhavHost Refund Policy. MadhavHost may improve, modify, replace or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
